- Accessibility. Clients are encouraged to communicate with me with the knowledge that I will respond promptly. Email and phone messages are checked and responded to throughout the day. A client will never be left to wonder what’s going on with his or her case.
- Reasonable fees. I offer each of my prospective clients a free initial consultation, during which we can discuss their issues and consider possible courses of action. During this consultation, we can discuss what my flat fee will be for a certain range of services. A homebuyer, landlord, tenant or businessperson will know my fee at the outset and what my services will and will not include.
- Honesty. I am honest with my clients about whether I can or cannot help them. At the initial consultation, you will know whether I have the expertise to serve your specific needs. If not, I will be glad to assist you in finding an attorney who can help you.
More Than 40 Years Of Legal Experience
I am a graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston. I have taken a strong interest in the needs of first-time homeowners and in 1989 was the lone private-partner recipient of the Partners in Housing Award given by the Rhode Island Housing & Mortgage Finance Corporation in recognition of my service to low-income homebuyers.
I am currently a member of the Board of Directors of Urban Ventures, which encourages the development of small businesses in Rhode Island.
I am the proud father of three adult children and spend my spare time running on Blackstone Boulevard or on the treadmill at the YMCA.
